The best part of understanding how climate change impacts our communities is utilizing our new found knowledge to take action. Whether it’s action to reduce human impact or actions that mitigate impacts on our communities, the only path to change in our communities lies in new behaviors. The goal of Pacific Northwest Climate Leaders is not only to educate teachers and students on climate issues in our area, it is to motive and encourage new behaviors that will produce positive impacts in our communities.
